Sex an Health

We all know that proper nutrition and moderate and physical exercise are important for maintaining physical and mental health. What many do not know or have little information, is that sex is also very important for the health and well-being.

Yeah that’s right, the sex is good for health! And good sex is even better!

Several studies have revealed this fact regarded as taboo for hundreds of years. During sexual intercourse 40 muscles in our body are activated and put into action. Sex increases the blood circulation, heartbeat and breathing, promoting the smooth functioning of the body. As a result, sex can be considered an exercise very complete and very enjoyable to practice compared to other sports.

No doubt the (consensual) sex, it's good for everyone. Regular sexual practice has several effects on people's everyday lives, particularly in their social behaviours, relieving stress and improving mood and tolerance. This provides a physical and mental balance quite beneficial. Some civilizations believe that life can be prolonged with regular sex more than 3 times per week. While we can not confirm this belief, is a certainty that sex is good for you, and if it is possible to lengthen our lives with sex, why not do it more regularly?

Sex as health care has many benefits!

However, we must have sex regularly but not as a routine activity. Routine acts become saturating and thus increase the stress, becoming detrimental to health, essentially mental health.

The key is then to experiment and innovate. If in individual sex, sexual experiences relate only to the person who develops (yes it's true, we can have sex alone), in sexual activities with one or more partners, the rule is to speak with the partner or partners with no restrictions about what you don’t like and what gives you most pleasure. Ideally these discussions should take place before the new sexual experiences. Sex is healthy and beneficial but only when it is a good experience for everyone involved.

And now? What are you thinking of doing?
